What we do
Bullet Services focuses exclusively on the exterior envelope of buildings. If you are unsure where your project fits, we are happy to advise.
Cleaning, repointing, repairs, and decoration of brick, stone, and rendered façades.
Full roof replacement across slate, tile, lead, and flat roof systems. All roofing works come with a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee.
Specialist mastic asphalt applications for roofs, domes, steps, and balconies.
Safe, coordinated scaffolding access for exterior works on occupied buildings.
Refurbishment programmes for flats and houses.
Building extensions and loft conversions with structural support.
Structural steel for new floors and installations — designed, fabricated, and fitted.
Gentle, low-pressure DOFF steam cleaning for stone, brick, and heritage façades.
Specialist capability
The DOFF system cleans masonry with superheated steam at very low pressure. It lifts carbon soiling, paint, and biological growth without abrading the brick or stone beneath — which is why it is the method of choice on heritage and listed façades.
This is our own machine and our own footage: a London stock brick wall coming clean under the lance.
Specialist capability
Laid hot and hand-floated, mastic asphalt sets into a seamless, fully bonded waterproof surface — no joints, no membrane to lift. We install it on flat roofs, dome roofs, steps, and balconies using IKO-manufactured material, to Mastic Asphalt Council guidance.

Specialist capability
When a building needs another floor or a load carried, we design, fabricate, and install the steel that holds it. Mezzanine floors that open up double-height space, and structural installations tied into the existing frame — set out, welded, and signed off on site.
House refurbishment
Limewash and lime plaster are how period homes were built to breathe. We apply them by hand, in thin coats, to form seamless walls, curved arches, and tadelakt-style wet rooms — a soft, mineral finish that lets old masonry release moisture instead of trapping it behind plastic paint.
